Payment and Compensation Agreement
- All service providers agree to pay Chef Moi LLC 10% commission on all bookings and 3% for processing fees of all transactions or that you will bepaid for booking minus 13%
- You agree that this is also notifying you that you are responsible for all taxes and withholdings from funds dispersed to you from our platforms.
- You will be held accountable if funds transferred to you by mistake need to be refunded back to clients/customers.
- You agree to the booking payment policy and structure set out by Chef Moi LLC that is between clients/customers and servicers/chefs/caterers.
- You are now notified that transfer of the money is on the time basis set out by Stripe as they will be the 3 rd party handling the transactions for our platform(s).
- You agree to fill out all information correctly and honestly.
- You agree that all fees and any funds owed to clients/customer will and can be taken out before you get paid.
- You agree that in certain situations, especially for unsatisfactory service, clients may be awarded partial or up to 100% refund from your booking proceeds.
- Servicers (Chefs,Caterers) do hold the discretion to ask for the price they want and have the authority to ask for a higher downpayment for e.g., for groceries.
- Please allow all transactions 3 to 5 business days.
Content Privacy and Policy
- All users agree that content is for the public as it will be on website.
- All users agree that they will only use content that they own or have written permission to use.
- All users agree that Chef Moi LLC can use content for free of cost on their platforms and subsidiary platforms such as social media for the reason of but not limited to promotion, marketing and paid services.
- All users agree that they will not post or use anything that is offensive, illegal and/or abusive.
- All users agree that Chef Moi LLC has a limited licensing to content used on any of our platforms or subsidiary platforms.
- All users understand and agree that they are solely responsible for their accounts and what is posted on their accounts.
- Any behavior, actions or decisions made that goes against any of our policies can and may but not be limited to result in account suspension, termination, lawsuit, or criminal charges.
- All users will comply with not copying reproduce, indulge in bad usage of information that is on our platforms.
User Policy
- On any platform belonging to Chef Moi LLC or its immediate affiliates websites, apps, etc. all Account holders will be held responsible for their accounts and responsibilities. All actions and behavior from individual accounts Whether designated to chefs/Cooks or clients are under control of that user and will be held for any all discrepancies, exchange of dialogue, pricing, promises. We ask that all users do not take advantage of one another and be very respectful when in communication. If we find any type of abuse this may result in suspension or account termination and blockage of business from but not limited to our websites and other platforms.
- All users must be at least the age of 21.
- No foul language on our websites or places where hired/contracted to work or where you hired/contracted someone to come.
- All users will comply with our Privacy / terms and conditions and policies.
- No weapons on premises where hired/contracted to work we ask that clients also do not have any weapons or brandishing of weapons towards chefs/Cooks.
- No exchange of contact information unless a deal is sealed between Chef/Cook and client(s).
- If Chef/Cook and/or client(s) engage in any harmful acts or use violence, wrongful behavior and/or abuse this can but not limited to result in Charges being placed on individual who caused conflict, individual's account being terminated or account suspension.
