“A Breath & A Bite” is my project to help spread Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary wisdom, helping to improve eating habits, health and mood.

I’ve been cooking privately for postpartum moms, busy and health-oriented professionals, in-home and meals delivered since October 2022.
Services: Personalized Weekly Menu Planning, Artisanal Meal Prepping with seasonal ingredients.
Mindful cooking has become my meditation and a means to share all the good that it has been doing to me.
Interior Architecture and Design is my background, with extensive professional experience in hospitality design. I hold a BA degree in Architecture from Brazil, where I was born originally.
